• ORDER PROCESSING: All orders are processed between Monday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, by a staff member of ThePowerXChange. Most electronic orders are delivered well within a 24-business-hour window. If this time frame does not fit within your schedule, send an email to sales. We will make every effort to assist you with a delivery time that will enable you to meet your deadlines.
• UPGRADE ORDERS: Online upgrade orders may require up to five business days while we contact the manufacturer about your request.
• DEFINITION OF ELECTRONIC DELIVERY (ESD): All orders for products identified as ESD, are just that, serial numbers, activation codes, links, or attachments delivered to your email address.
• PRODUCT DELIVERY THROUGH SPAM FILTERS AND FIREWALLS: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A SPAM FILTER OR FIREWALL IN PLACE THAT PREVENTS NOTIFICATIONS OR SOFTWARE DELIVERY FROM OUR SERVERS.
• WE CANNOT EDIT, CHANGE, OR ADD TO YOUR ORDER-FORM INFORMATION.
• CREDIT-CARD FRAUD: In an attempt to protect our customers from online credit-card fraud, all customers paying with a credit card must provide the exact billing address of the credit-card statement in the Bill To section of the ordering information.
