Features

Reach for C128Tools to print these barcodes within Microsoft Windows, the Macintosh, and Linux/UNIX documents and applications. The barcode fonts in C128Tools can be used with any database, spreadsheet, Crystal Reports, or a custom application. There's no need to use specialized, proprietary labeling software. Use any application adding barcode printing with the fonts in C128Tools.

Code 128 barcodes are used extensively by the shipping industry as well as for inventory, identification, and tracking purposes. Code 128 is part of many labeling specifications.

Code 128's character set supports the lower 128 ASCII characters, including upper and lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation, and control codes. Code 128 barcodes include a mod 103 check digit to ensure data integrity. Code 128 is much denser than Code 39 and is the symbology of choice when space is at a premium.

C128Tools supports code set A, code set B, code set C, and UCC-128/SSCC barcodes. It includes five different fonts in TrueType and Type 1 PostScript format. Changing between the various fonts enables the user to alter the width of a barcode, while changing the point size alters the symbol's height.
