Features

CopyFlow speeds page assembly and achieves a dramatic improvement in pagination by associating text files with QuarkXPress text boxes and providing a batch function to automatically import or export files.

CopyFlow adds a batch import and export tool to QuarkXPress and enhances it in workgroup publishing environments by providing a method to speed page assembly through its ability to assign names to QuarkXPress document boxes. CopyFlow associates these boxes with the story and art files on disc, and carries out the batch operations of import, export, and flush.

CopyFlow provides the tools to separate the production of page elements, by allowing page designers, electronic artists, and writers to work independently. Page assembly, and reassembly is virtually effortless. Last-minute changes to 100 illustrations, or the sudden need to replace the text in 100 text boxes, no longer needs be a time-consuming headache for the page designer.

CopyFlow has been designed to fit into the way a workgroup handles page production. It is being used today in the publication of books, catalogs, magazines, and other publications to organize page elements and speed production times.
