PriceIt

Features

PriceIt is a QuarkXPress XTensions module that provides users with the ability to automatically update pricing within a QuarkXPress document directly from a database. These prices might be maintained on PCs, Macs, Unix, or any other platform. Wherever the prices exist, PriceIt will update the QuarkXPress publication with them.

To save hours of proofreading, PriceIt does the job automatically. PriceIt proofs the document by field and record identification so a visual check can be made for all documents, guaranteeing the prices on the page are 100% consistent with the data source. PriceIt can also generate a report of all the changes made to a document in the most-recent update.

All the relevant preferences including field names, source databases, currency prefixes, and other information specific to each project can be saved and reloaded when required. This can save valuable setup time.

PriceIt supports an unlimited number of fields, records, and updates, therefore placing no restrictions on the user. Intuitive menu layouts, floating palettes, and fully configurable hotkey access to frequently used commands and menu items.
