Freebird COM Object is custom designed for larger businesses faced with managing complex publication workflows that create, maintain, and disseminate information via print, interactive web sites, and online information systems.
This product allows users to access functions programmatically by building the features into their own customized in-house solutions, giving users a method to maximize efficiency in a way that no prepackaged software can. The COM software provides a programming interface that can be used in multiple programming environments. (Rather than being limited to a specific language, the COM currently can be accessed from Visual Basic, C, and C++.)

• automatically converts PDFs into TIFF, BMP, or JPG formats;
• supports output resolution range of 100 to 600 DPI, enabling print of complex technical drawings or flow charts with high clarity;
• 16-color, 256-color, TrueColor, or black-and-white (dithered) output;
• several multipage options to convert a multiple-page PDF original into one multiple-page file, or into multiple single-page files; and
• supports user-defined compression methods for TIFF output, including Huffman's, Group 3, Group 4, and PackBits.
