XPert Print
XPert Print

Features

XPert Print enables the user to select an item, a group, a portion of a page, a page, or a range of pages for print or saving as EPS. The XPert Print tool, which is added to the QuarkXPress tool palette, uses a marquee function to enable defined selections.

Features:

• save an item, group, page portion, page, or range of pages as EPS;

• print an item, group, page portion, page, or range of pages;

• marquee tools enables area selections;

• save as EPS function embeds fonts, including OpenType; and

• user-definable options throughout interface.

To print or save an item or group, simply select it with the QuarkXPress item tool and use the XPert Print feature to finish the process. To create an EPS from the selection, click EPS in the XPert Print dialog box and set options for the EPS.

New to this version, the EPS option also allows for the embedding of fonts, including OpenType on both the Macintosh and Windows platforms.
